Week 12 Blog!

Hi everyone, this week, Clare introduced LaTex to me. LaTeX is a typesetting system commonly used for technical and scientific documents such as academic papers. It's prevalent in mathematics, computer science, engineering, and physics. LaTeX allows users to focus on the content of their documents without worrying too much about formatting, as it separates the content from the layout. It uses markup commands to define the document's structure, such as sections, chapters, equations, tables, and references. LaTeX then compiles these commands into a beautifully formatted PDF document. It's known for its high-quality typesetting of mathematical equations and complex documents. I have been fiddling around with it, and it is pretty cool. I attached a pic so you guys can take a look!

Take care!
